Sean Butler
Sean Butler attended undergrad at University of Central Florida. After his graduation, he attended law school at Barry University School of Law. While he was in law school, he served as the Senior Editor of Barry’s Child and Family Law Journal. He also completed multiple internships over three years at large law firms that specialized in workers’ compensation. During his internships, Sean spent time working for both sides to a workers’ compensation claim.
After Sean passed the Florida Bar in 2016, he joined Thorne & Associates, P.A. to devote his practice towards representing employers and insurance companies throughout the State of Florida. Within 5 years of joining Thorne & Associates, P.A., Sean has exclusively represented employers in the construction industry, retail industry, transportation industry, warehouse industry, and manufacturing industry. He has also represented PEO’s and large insurance companies. Sean takes the trust his clients put in him personally, and he puts himself into every case. You will get to know him while he helps assist you through the workers’ compensation process.
Sean is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is also licensed to handle appeals in the Middle District of Florida. In addition to his experience with workers’ compensation, Sean has experience with appeals, subrogation, employment claims, breach of contract claims, landlord tenant disputes, personal injury, estate planning, and debt disputes. He has represented clients in small claims court, county court, probate court, and circuit court.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler. He also enjoys playing golf, traveling, and boating.
